The Yanagiba is a single-edged sashimi knife designed for clean cuts. This piece shows little to no use and is made from stainless steel, making it easy to care for. Its longer blade allows you to handle various sashimi with ease.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "関孫六" (Seki Magoroku), "金寿" (Kinju), "Edge ST," and the "KAI" logo.
