A single-bevel Japanese boning knife tuned for powerful, accurate cuts around bones.

Hagane high-carbon steel for aggressive bite and edge life.

Very clean condition, likely barely used. Professionally sharpened; ready to go. Please handle with care. Sharpening fee included.

Engraved “堺刀司” (Sakai Toji) and “正重作” (Made by Masashige).
