Houshou Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a long, single-bevel knife designed for slicing sashimi with precision. This knife has been well maintained and features a burn mark with the character "芝" (Shiba) inside a circle.

This is a single-bevel knife made from high-carbon steel, delivering excellent sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "庖匠" (Houshou) and "別作" (Specially Made).

A solid, professional-grade knife for sushi enthusiasts who value reliability and tradition.
