Kobai Santoku Knife
The Santoku is a popular all-purpose knife for daily cooking and is well-suited to a wide range of home kitchen tasks.
This knife is double-beveled and features a warikomi (clad) construction with a steel core, which is valued for its sharp cutting feel. There are some small scratches and sharpening marks, but it should still have plenty of life left.
It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.
It features the engraving “紅梅作” (Kobai-made).
A steel-core clad knife like this often balances edge sharpness with easier day-to-day upkeep—an appealing combination for regular kitchen use.
Length: 290mm
Blade Length: 170mm
Blade Width: 45mm
Blade Thickness: 2mm
Weight: 120g
SHARPENED by a Japanese Sharpener. Razor sharp. The sharpener is in Kyoto, the traditional city in Japan as you know. You can use without maintenance. You don't need to pay maintenance costs after receiving. If any, please feel free to ask, English available.
