Kumofuji Yanagiba Knife 220mm
This is a Yanagiba knife by Kumofuji. Yanagiba knives are designed to slice sashimi beautifully with a single drawing motion. This particular model is a double-bevel Yanagiba. It has a thin, sharp blade that is easy to handle at home and makes it simple to cut sashimi from fish blocks.
The blade is double-bevel Hagane (carbon steel), providing sharp cutting performance. Because it is double-bevel, it is easier to use for those not accustomed to traditional single-bevel blades.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.
