High-Grade Yasuki Hagane Gyuto Knife 160mm

This is a Gyuto knife made from high-grade Yasuki Hagane steel. Gyuto knives are Western-style all-purpose knives that can be used for meat, fish, and vegetables. The blade thickness is moderate, offering a good balance between cutting power and ease of handling.

The blade is double-bevel Hagane (carbon steel), providing a very sharp and responsive cutting feel.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.

It bears the inscriptions “高級安来ハガネ鋼” (High-Grade Yasuki Hagane Steel) and “HRC57.” This Gyuto is well suited as a main knife for those who enjoy the edge retention and crisp feel of carbon steel.

Its compact length makes it easy to control even on smaller cutting boards, while still having enough blade to handle most daily tasks.
