Misono Gyuto Knife (Molybdenum Stainless)

A widely used Western-style chef’s knife for all-around kitchen tasks. Forged in stainless molybdenum steel for rust resistance and easy care.

Double-bevel blade, finished slightly right-biased (about 80:20) and maintained as such.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use; please handle with care when opening. Sharpening fee included.

Markings include “MISONO,” “HANDMADE,” and “ステンレスモリブデン鋼” (Stainless Molybdenum Steel).

A dependable daily cutter—balanced sharpness and maintenance ease for busy home and pro kitchens.
