Shokunin Kobo Yanagiba Knife 225mm
This is a Yanagiba knife from Shokunin Kobo. The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for pulling cuts, ideal for slicing sashimi and other delicate items in a single smooth motion, leaving a beautiful, clean surface. This piece has been stored in unused or nearly unused condition. Because it has been freshly sharpened, it now cuts even better than a new knife. Please pardon minor storage marks, stains, or sharpening scratches.
The knife has a single-bevel stainless steel blade, which offers good rust resistance and easy maintenance.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please take care when opening the package. The listed price already includes the sharpening service.
It bears the characters “特撰” (Selected) and “職人工房” (Shokunin Kobo). This Yanagiba is well suited for slicing sashimi and preparing sushi at home or in a sushi restaurant, offering clean, glossy cuts with the low-maintenance convenience of stainless steel for busy sushi chefs.
Length: 350mm
Blade Length: 225mm
Blade Width: 32mm
Blade Thickness: 2mm
Weight: 86g
