Misono Sujihiki Knife with Dimples

The Sujihiki is a slender knife designed for slicing meat and trimming sinew. This blade features a dimpled surface for better food release, ensuring smooth and clean cuts. Made from double-edged stainless steel, it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain. This is a near-unused stored piece in excellent condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
