Shiro Kunimitsu Aji-Kiri Knife

The Aji-Kiri is a compact Japanese knife ideal for preparing small fish like horse mackerel. This knife appears almost unused, with a clear sticker remaining on the blade. Some residue from the blade coating is visible on the spine but is not a defect.

This double-edged knife is made from high-carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

The sticker for "四郎國光" (Shiro Kunimitsu) is clean and intact.

A pristine traditional knife perfect for fish prep and collectors of rare pieces.
