Hidemune Santoku Knife

The Santoku is a popular all-purpose knife in Japanese kitchens, suitable for slicing meat, fish, and vegetables.

This knife is double-edged and made from high-carbon steel, offering a sharp edge and traditional craftsmanship.

It features a distinctive red ferrule and a clean, bright edge despite light patina on the blade.

It has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "秀宗作" (Hidemune).

With a traditional edge and bold design, this Hidemune Santoku adds character and performance to any kitchen.
