Kiya Santoku Knife
The Santoku is a versatile all-purpose Japanese knife, widely used for meat, fish, and vegetables. This is an unused item, though it has been sharpened due to its long storage period. Minor storage scratches, stains, and box damage are present. Made from double-edged high-carbon steel, it delivers excellent sharpness.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "日本橋" (Nihonbashi), "木屋" (Kiya), "スウェーデン鋼" (Swedish Steel), "本鍛造" (Hand-Forged), and "#6," with original seals remaining on the handle.
A premium, hand-forged Santoku from Kiya — sharp, beautiful, and full of tradition.
