Ishizuki Deba Knife

The Deba is a traditional fish-processing knife with a thick, strong blade. This well-maintained piece has hammer marks on the spine, reflected in the price. Made from single-edged high-carbon steel, it remains sharp and ready.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "東京" (Tokyo), "石月作" (Ishizuki), and "極上" (Gokujo).
A rugged, affordable choice for anyone needing a functional Deba with character.
