The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for clean, single-stroke sashimi slicing. This 185mm blade is slightly shorter than average, making it ideal for home use and easy handling. The knife appears unused or nearly unused, though minor marks or sharpening lines may be present.
Made from single-beveled high-carbon steel, it offers delicate and precise cutting performance.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "有次" (Aritsugu), and "角" (Kado).
