The Gyuto is a versatile Japanese chef’s knife ideal for handling meat, fish, and vegetables. This model features a simple yet sturdy design with a thick metal bolster, offering a solid and balanced grip.

The knife is double-beveled and made using a laminated (warikomi) construction, providing both ease of handling and excellent sharpness.

It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.

It features the engravings "横浜大坂屋" (Yokohama Osakaya) and "別打請合" (Custom Forged).
