Sakai Ichiji Japanese Santoku Knife

This is a Japanese-style Santoku knife crafted by Sakai Ichiji. The blade length is measured from the notch (machi) to the tip. As a versatile knife, it is perfect for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables, making it an excellent choice for everyday cooking. The handle is made with water buffalo horn, offering both a comfortable grip and a premium appearance.

This double-edged knife is made from high-carbon steel, known for its sharpness.

It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "堺一次" (Sakai Ichiji).
