Yasuyuki Usuba Knife

The Usuba knife is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife designed for precision cutting. This Kōyuki-brand knife appears to have been rarely used.

This single-edged high-carbon steel knife (Aogami) is renowned for its razor-sharp edge.

The knife has been sharpened due to a slight loss of sharpness, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "康之" (Yasuyuki) and "青鋼" (Aogami).
