Yasuyuki Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife designed for precise slicing. This Kōyuki-brand knife is in excellent condition and appears to have been rarely used.

This single-edged high-carbon steel knife (Aogami #2) is known for its exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "康之" (Yasuyuki) and "青二号" (Aogami #2).
