The Petty knife is ideal for peeling fruits, vegetables, and handling intricate tasks. This stainless steel knife is in near-unused condition and comes with a wooden sheath for secure storage and transport.
Made from double-bevel stainless steel, it is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.
The blade has been professionally sharpened, ensuring it is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features the engravings "堺刀司" (Sakai Toji) and "Ecole CP."
SHARPENED by a Japanese Sharpener. Razor sharp. The sharpener is in Kyoto, the traditional city in Japan as you know. You can use without maintenance. You don't need to pay maintenance costs after receiving. If any, please feel free to ask, English available.
