The Kama-Usuba knife is a specialized Japanese knife perfect for detailed vegetable work and precise slicing. This model is made from high-carbon steel, with some patina visible but a clean and sharp cutting edge. The handle remains in excellent condition.

Made from single-bevel high-carbon steel, it offers excellent sharpness and precision.

The blade has been professionally sharpened, ensuring it is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
