The Sushi Knife is tailored for slicing sushi rolls and features a long, slender blade. Suitable for both professional sushi chefs and home use, this single-beveled high-carbon steel knife offers superior sharpness.
The knife has been sharpened and is ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
Please note a crack in the handle, as shown in the photos. While it is still functional, further cracks may develop over time. Consider replacing the handle for long-term use. The blade is engraved with "Sakai Minamoto Shigekiyo Bessaku."
SHARPENED by a Japanese Sharpener. Razor sharp. The sharpener is in Kyoto, the traditional city in Japan as you know. You can use without maintenance. You don't need to pay maintenance costs after receiving. If any, please feel free to ask, English available.
