The Usuba is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife with a thin, single-edged blade designed for precise cuts. This stainless steel knife is ideal for fine slicing and offers easy maintenance due to its rust-resistant properties.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "文明銀丁" (Bunmei Gincho). Some markings have faded slightly due to maintenance.
