Noshu Tomomasa Tako-Hiki Knife
This is another high-quality Tako-Hiki knife from Noshu Tomomasa, featuring the classic straight, slender blade used in Kanto-style sashimi preparation. It allows for smooth, long slicing motions that enhance presentation and preserve texture.
Made from single-beveled Aogami #2 high-carbon steel, this knife offers superb edge retention and a resilient, sharp blade. Like the previous model, it features a subtly curved handle alignment for better ergonomics during use.
Sharpened and ready to use upon arrival. Please be careful when opening. Sharpening is included in the price.
It bears the engravings "濃州友正作" (Noshu Tomomasa) and "青二号" (Aogami #2).
Combining traditional form with premium steel, this is a reliable, elegant blade for anyone seeking quality performance in sashimi preparation.
Length: 450mm
Blade Length: 305mm
Blade Width: 24mm
Blade Thickness: 2mm
