Bunmei Yoshikin Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese sashimi knife designed for slicing fish in long, clean strokes, preserving the texture and appearance of the ingredients.

This knife is single-beveled and made from stainless steel, which offers rust resistance and easy maintenance. With a 220mm blade, it’s an ideal length for home use while still delivering professional-level performance. It shows very minimal signs of previous use.

The knife has been sharpened and is ready for use right away. Please unpack with caution. The sharpening cost is included.

It features the engraving and logo "文明銀丁" (Bunmei Gincho).

A user-friendly Yanagiba that brings the elegance of sashimi slicing into any kitchen—perfectly balanced between form and function.
