Bunmei Yoshikin Mioroshi Knife
The Mioroshi knife has a thinner profile than a Deba and a wider blade than a Yanagiba, making it ideal for filleting fish and handling delicate cuts with control.
This knife is single-beveled and made from stainless steel, which resists rust and is easy to maintain. It is in very good condition with minimal signs of use.
It has been professionally sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The sharpening service is included in the price.
It features the engraving and logo "文明銀丁" (Bunmei Gincho).
A highly versatile fish-processing knife—perfect for chefs who need a hybrid blade that balances finesse and strength.
Length: 385mm
Blade Length: 235mm
Blade Width: 42mm
Blade Thickness: 5mm
Weight: 233g
SHARPENED by a Japanese Sharpener. Razor sharp. The sharpener is in Kyoto, the traditional city in Japan as you know. You can use without maintenance. You don't need to pay maintenance costs after receiving. If any, please feel free to ask, English available.
