The Gyuto, a Western-style chef's knife, is suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables, making it a versatile kitchen tool. This double-edged knife is made of high-carbon steel, offering superior sharpness.

With a blade length of 270mm, this large knife is suitable for professional use. Although it shows some signs of previous use, it is still in excellent working condition.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "特撰" (Special Selection) and "兼志津" (Kaneshizu).
