The Gyuto is a Western-style multipurpose knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. Its long blade and user-friendly design make it highly versatile.

This double-edged knife is made of high-carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

Some light discoloration is visible but not deep, and the blade retains its bright steel finish along the edge. The price reflects this condition, making it an excellent value for those who don’t mind minor imperfections.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
