Tachikaze Santoku Knife

The Santoku knife is a versatile all-purpose knife suitable for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables. This knife features a hagane (high-carbon steel) core with a stainless cladding, ensuring excellent sharpness while being relatively easy to maintain.

This knife is double-beveled with a well-balanced design for ease of use.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered), "太刀風作" (Tachikaze), and "はがね本割込DP" (Hagane Honwarikomi DP). The "Tachikaze" engraving has slightly faded due to maintenance.
