The Yanagiba, a traditional Japanese knife, is designed for slicing sashimi and other delicate fish preparations with precision and elegance. This single-bevel knife is crafted from high-carbon steel for excellent cutting performance.
This 300mm Yanagiba features a water buffalo horn handle and is in near-new condition, with minimal signs of use and almost no visible patina. It is a professional-grade knife suitable for fine Japanese cuisine.
The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.
It features engravings "下総国" (Shimousa Province) and "杉本" (Sugimoto).
