The Bone-Slicing knife is a square-edged Japanese knife used for cutting meat along the bone.

This double-edged high-carbon steel knife is suitable for both right- and left-handed users. This piece from the Sakai Tōji brand is of assured quality, and the engraving from Hattori Nutrition College suggests it was once used in an educational setting.
