The Yanagiba knife, a traditional Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi and filleting fish, features a single-edged high-carbon steel blade that provides razor-sharp precision.

This knife shows minor scratches and some discoloration from age, but its distinctive white and black buffalo horn handle adds a touch of elegance.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "忠雄作" (Tadao).
