The Yanagiba knife is a traditional Japanese knife used for slicing sashimi with elegance and precision.

This single-edged knife is crafted from high-quality hagane, ensuring excellent sharpness. With a blade length of approximately 21cm, it is easy to handle and ideal for home use, allowing you to enjoy slicing fish fillets for sashimi.

Sharpened and ready for immediate use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "伊吹" (Ibuki) and "関孫六" (Sekimagoroku).
