Miyabun Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba knife, a traditional Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi and other delicate cuts, features a single-edged blade made of high-carbon steel, ensuring excellent performance. The handle shows some wear but remains functional. Replacement is an option for those who prefer a refreshed look.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "登録" (Registered) and "宮文" (Miyabun).
