Chiyomatsu Tako-Hiki Knife

The Tako-Hiki knife is a single-edged Japanese knife used for slicing sashimi, particularly suited for slicing octopus with its unique blade shape.

This knife is crafted from Yasuki Steel (Aogami-2) with a thin and lightweight blade, providing excellent maneuverability and ease of use.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "千代松" (Chiyomatsu), "安来鋼" (Yasuki Steel), and "青紙二号" (Aogami-2). There is a sticker on the handle.
