Tosa Tadayoshi Santoku Knife

The Santoku knife is a versatile, all-purpose kitchen knife, ideal for cutting meat, fish, and vegetables.

Made of hagane (carbon steel), the knife offers excellent sharpness. This is a double-edged blade.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engraving "土佐忠義作" (Tosa Tadayoshi). The handle still has a clean label, indicating that the knife has been barely used and likely stored for a long time.
