The Yanagiba knife is a single-bevel Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi with precision.

Made from stainless steel, this knife is easy to maintain.

With a long blade length of 340mm and a distinctive water buffalo octagonal handle, it’s both functional and uniquely designed.

The knife has been sharpened, so it’s ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "登録" (Registered) and "文明銀丁" (Bunmei Gincho).
