Sakai Kikumori Yanagiba Knife

This is a yanagiba knife by Sakai Kikumori.

The yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi with a long, single pulling motion. This appears to be a nearly unused stored item. There is some very slight darkening from storage, but overall it is extremely clean with almost no sign of use. The sticker also remains in very clean condition. Please allow for minor storage marks and sharpening marks.

This knife is single-beveled and made of hagane (carbon steel), offering excellent sharpness.
A clean, well-preserved yanagiba suitable for sashimi, sushi prep, and careful fish slicing in both home and professional settings.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features the engravings "別打" (Custom Forged) and "堺菊守" (Sakai Kikumori). The handle also retains its original sticker in clean condition.
