The Santoku is a versatile kitchen knife widely used for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. This is a compact Santoku knife that offers excellent maneuverability. With its shorter blade length, it could also be considered a wide Petty-style knife.

This knife features a double-edged laminated steel construction, combining sharp cutting performance with ease of use.
