The Gyuto is a versatile knife suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables, featuring a long, narrow blade.

This knife is double-beveled carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

There is slight patina typical of carbon steel, but it is shallow and light, and the edge shows a clean silver finish.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
