Sakai Kikushige Yanagiba Knife

The Yanagiba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for slicing sashimi with a long blade in a single pulling motion.

This knife is single-beveled carbon steel, offering excellent sharpness.

There is patina typical of carbon steel. The sharpened edge shows a clean steel finish, while the rest shows discoloration as seen in the photos. It can be adjusted to preference with use.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
