Seki Magoroku Santoku Knife
The santoku is easy to handle at home and works well with many kinds of ingredients.
This knife is double-beveled with a warikomi (clad) construction, from the trusted Seki Magoroku brand. It shows relatively light use and still has plenty of life left to put to work.
It has been sharpened and is ready to use upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening service.
It features markings “関孫六” (Seki Magoroku), “本割込鋼” (Warikomi Steel), and the KAI logo.
A santoku like this is a great “one knife” option for home cooking—balanced enough for vegetables, proteins, and general prep.
Length: 295mm
Blade Length: 170mm
Blade Width: 46mm
Blade Thickness: 1-2mm
