Sakai Kikuhide Usuba Knife

The Usuba knife is a single-edged Japanese knife primarily used for cutting vegetables, such as making decorative cuts on daikon radish. This beautiful Usuba knife features a water buffalo handle, and while there are some minor pitting marks, the cutting edge displays a clean, bright silver steel, as shown in the photos.

This Usuba knife offers exceptional sharpness.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "堺登録" (Sakai Registered), "菊秀" (Kikuhide), and "本鍛錬" (Hon-Tanren).
