The Deba knife is a single-edged carbon steel knife, perfect for filleting fish.

Being made of carbon steel, it offers exceptional sharpness.

The handle still has the Echizen Hamono seal, indicating minimal use.

It has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engravings "登録" (Registered), "江戸" (Edo), "手造り" (Handmade), and the Kikusui logo.
