Echigo Tamasaburo Santoku Knife

The Santoku knife is a versatile all-purpose knife that can be used for meat, fish, and vegetables. This knife features a Hon-Warikomi blade, making it relatively easy to maintain.

The blade has a dimpled surface, ensuring good food release while cutting.

The knife has been sharpened, so it cuts well and is ready to use immediately. Please handle it with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

This knife features the engraving "越後玉三郎" (Echigo Tamasaburo).
