Sadamune sujihiki.
A sujihiki is a slim knife used for separating meat along the sinew, trimming sinew, and thinly slicing large cuts of meat. This is an unused item kept in storage and has an unusual kiritsuke-style profile. A protective cover is included. Please excuse minute stains or scratches from storage. Not sharpened by our shop.
Made of double-bevel stainless steel for rust resistance and easy maintenance.
Marking: 貞宗 (Sadamune) lettering and logo, etc.
