An usuba is a single-bevel Japanese vegetable knife used for delicate work such as thin slicing, katsuramuki, and decorative cutting. This unused item had been kept in storage. Please excuse minor scratches, stains, or sharpening marks from storage and finishing.

Made of single-bevel carbon steel and valued for its sharp cutting performance.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
