Dairi Deba Knife

The Deba is a traditional Japanese knife designed for filleting fish, featuring a thick blade well suited for working around bones. This knife shows little sign of use. Since the sticker remains on the handle, it appears to have seen little use.

This single-beveled carbon steel knife offers a sharp cutting edge.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
