Sakai Sadamine deba.
A deba is used for removing fish heads, filleting fish, and working around bones. It shows little sign of use. Some shallow darkening characteristic of carbon steel is visible, possibly from storage.
Made of single-bevel carbon steel and valued for its sharp cutting performance.
