The Nakiri is a double-beveled vegetable knife with a straight edge that makes it easy to cut vegetables. This is a beautiful and uncommon Nakiri featuring a water buffalo handle and Hon-Warikomi laminated construction.

This double-beveled laminated steel knife combines sharp cutting performance with ease of handling.

Professionally sharpened and ready to use. Sharpening service is included in the price. Please handle with care when unpacking.
