Kanesada Deba Knife
The Deba is a traditional Japanese fish butchering knife with a thick blade suitable for working around bones. This knife shows relatively little use. Some shallow dark patina typical of carbon steel is present.
This knife is single-beveled carbon steel, valued for its exceptionally sharp edge.
